Business Improvement specialist Bij IPA Bedrijfsmanagement in Borne Als Business Improvement Specialist draag je elke dag bij aan het verbeteren en borgen van processen binnen organisaties. En dat is nooit saai, want je komt bij allerlei verschillende klanten over de vloer en gaat met de meest uiteenlopende vraagstukken aan de slag. De nadruk ligt op continu verbeteren volgens ISO9001 en vergelijkbare standaarden op het gebied van kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu. Je voert risicoanalyses en audits uit en je geeft advies, workshops, trainingen en support met betrekking tot organisatieverbetering. Met onze eigen softwareapplicatie ControlBee regel je de implementatie en het onderhoud super slim. Je werkt intensief samen met de teams van onze klanten en begeleidt ze tijdens het hele implementatieproject: van kick-off tot aan certificering. Ook daarna blijf je betrokken bij het onderhoud van de geïmplementeerde managementsystemen. Zo wordt het echt blijvend beter. Je snapt het inmiddels wel, we zijn geen consultants. Dat betekent dat dingen bij ons een beetje anders gaan dan je misschien verwacht of gewend bent. We komen uit Twente en zijn dus nogal nuchter. Dat zie je terug in ons werk. Goed en slim nadenken, maar snel daarna gaan we doen. Zorgen dat het voor elkaar komt. Zo simpel is dat. Met elkaar, maar ook met onze klanten, onderhouden we hechte en informele relaties. Daar moet je natuurlijk wel een beetje van houden, maar voor ons werkt dat het beste. Sowieso denken we dat als we toch flink wat uren met elkaar aan het werk zijn, dan kunnen we er net zo goed samen een hele mooie dag van maken. Met positieve energie en als het even kan een mooie dosis humor. "IPA voelt als thuis," krijgen we nogal eens te horen van collega's. Best wel een mooi compliment, toch? Ok, nu je er toch over begint, we houden ook wel van een borreltje, samen lunchen, pizza, BBQ, ouwehoeren bij de koffiemachine, skivakanties, feestjes en festivalletjes. Mo...
