Dan is de functie van Business Improvement Specialist bij Anamet Europe iets voor jou. In deze functie kijk je organisatiebreed naar processen, werkmethoden en bedrijfsvoering. Je analyseert waar kansen liggen, komt met oplossingen en zorgt er samen met collega's voor dat verbeteringen daadwerkelijk worden gerealiseerd. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Managing Director. Hij geeft je alle ruimte om zelfstandig projecten op te pakken, verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en jezelf te ontwikkelen. Anamet Europe is een internationale organisatie die jou de mogelijkheid biedt om in een uitdagende omgeving verder inhoud aan je loopbaan te geven. Wat ga je doen? - Analyseren en verbeteren van bedrijfsprocessen en werkmethoden. - Signaleren van knelpunten en verbetermogelijkheden. - Onderzoeken van vraagstukken en deze vertalen naar praktische oplossingen. - Zelfstandig oppakken en uitvoeren van verbeterprojecten. - Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen en disciplines. - Collega's meenemen in veranderingen en verbeteringen. - Adviseren over procesverbeteringen en de uitvoering daarvan. - Bewaken van voortgang en resultaten. - Verbeteren van de samenwerking en informatieoverdracht tussen afdelingen. - Werken met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
