mag 2026-APG-457 Je gaat aan de slag als Business Information Consultant IAM met een duidelijke focus op Identity Governance & Administration, en in het bijzonder SailPoint. In deze rol verbind je business, gebruikers en techniek en ben je een stevige sparringpartner voor de Product Owner IAM. Je werkt aan de verdere ontwikkeling, uitrol en adoptie van IAM-processen en tooling binnen een complexe organisatie. Tijdens je inwerkperiode ben je volledig op kantoor aanwezig, daarna werk je hybride en ben je twee keer per week op kantoor. Je reist daarnaast regelmatig tussen standplaatsen. Wat ga je doen - Je adviseert stakeholders over IAM-ontwikkelingen en vertaalt businessbehoeften naar concrete oplossingen. - Je vormt de brug tussen technische teams, applicatie-eigenaren en eindgebruikers. - Je denkt mee over nieuwe functionaliteiten, verbeteringen en de verdere doorontwikkeling van IAM-processen en tooling. - Je begeleidt de verdere uitrol en adoptie van het rollenmodel en Identity Governance-oplossingen. - Je ondersteunt applicatie-eigenaren bij onboarding, inrichting en aansluiting op IAM-processen, inclusief het bepalen van benodigde informatie en randvoorwaarden. - Je organiseert en begeleidt gebruikerscommunities, workshops en communicatie rondom nieuwe functionaliteiten en wijzigingen. - Je stimuleert optimaal gebruik van IAM-oplossingen door gebruikers te begeleiden bij onboarding, adoptie en verandertrajecten. - Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de Product Owner van de IAM-teams en de business. Over jou - Je hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau. - Je bent een ervaren consultant die makkelijk schakelt tussen business en techniek. - Je communiceert sterk en weet stakeholders op verschillende niveaus effectief mee te nemen. - Je werkt zelfstandig, verbindend en resultaatgericht in een omgeving met veel afstemming. - Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal goed. Eisen - Je hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau. - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring op het gebied va.
