Onze klant is een logistiek bedrijf met jarenlange ervaring, vooral in opslag en behandeling van tabak, voeding en andere goederen. Ze combineren traditie met vernieuwing en zetten hard in op digitale oplossingen om hun processen vlot en efficiënt te laten verlopen. Met een hecht team en een no-nonsense mentaliteit zorgen ze ervoor dat elke schakel in de logistieke keten goed op elkaar is afgestemd.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij hét organisatorisch talent dat commerciële afspraken meteen weet op te zetten in operationele projecten? Als Business Integration Manager ben jij de bruggenbouwer die nieuwe klanten aan boord hijst, afdeling overkoepelende processen optimaliseert en teams verbindt voor een optimaal resultaat. Jouw dagelijkse taken zijn:

  • Uitwerken en coördineren van de operationele implementatie van nieuwe klanten en projecten.
  • Omzetten van commerciële afspraken naar concrete procedures en het vertalen van de operationele eisen van de klanten.
  • Proactief analyseren en beperken van de impact van nieuwe projecten op bestaande processen.
  • Beheren, bewaken en rapporteren van meerdere complexe en afdeling overkoepelende projecten.
  • Dienen als het interne aanspreekpunt en het beiden van advies in klantendossiers.
  • Continue optimaliseren van de dienstverlening.
  • Maken van grondige analyses en en rapportages voor klanten, management en directie.
  • Aansturen en motiveren van het team.

Jij bent analytisch ijzersterk, ondernemend ingesteld en behoudt altijd de helicopterview. Met jouw vindingrijke en communicatieve aanpak verbind je de verschillende afdelingen en stuur je projecten én mensen resultaatgericht aan. Verder neem je mee:

  • Een bachelor of master diploma in een economische of logistieke richting.
  • Minstens vijf jaar werkervaring, inclusief relevante ervaring binnen magazijnbeheer.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in change management en project management.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en zeer goede kennis van het Engels.
