Dein Wirkungsbereich bei TOMORIS

Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen: * Daten (Power BI, SQL, M365, Jira, Business Central) * Prozessen (Workflows, Automatisierungen, Unternehmenslogik) * Strategie (Entscheidungsgrundlagen, KPI-Frameworks, Forecasts)

Typische Projekte: * Aufbau & Design kompletter KPI-Landschaften * Power BI Dashboards für Management, Sales, IT & Finance * Automatisierungen via Power Automate, n8n oder M365 * Prozessdesign für wiederkehrende Abläufe (Jira, Notion, M365, D365) * Datenqualitätssicherung & Datenmodellierung * Aufbau von Reporting Suites für C-Level und Operations * Beratung von Kunden bei Digitalisierung und Prozessumbau * Erhebung von Anforderungen + Übersetzung in technische Umsetzung

Deine Aufgaben * Analyse von Unternehmensprozessen, Datenflüssen und Informationsbedarfen * Aufbau von Dashboards, Reports und KPI-Strukturen (Power BI Schwerpunkt) * Datenmodellierung, Query-Design, Verbindung verschiedener Datenquellen * Erstellung von Data Pipelines & Automatisierungen * Konzeption und Einführung neuer Prozesse (ITIL-orientiert) * Abstimmung mit Geschäftsführung, Abteilungsleitern & Technikteams * Weiterentwicklung interner TOMORIS BI-Standards * Dokumentation in Notion, Jira, Confluence * Schulungen, Workshops und Präsentationen für Kunden * Beratung bei Systemeinführungen (D365, Jira, Notion, M365)

Dein Profil - Die TOMORIS BI-DNA

Must-Haves * Analytisches Denkvermögen + Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu verstehen * Erfahrung mit Power BI, DAX, Datenmodellen * Gute Kenntnisse in SQL oder M365-Datenlandschaften * Verständnis für Unternehmensprozesse (Finance, Sales, Operations, IT) * Fähigkeit, Lösungen visuell, klar und strukturiert aufzubereiten * Selbstständige, verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise * Professionelles Deutsch & Englisch
