BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE & DATA MANAGER

In deze rol werk je nauw samen met de laboratoriumdirecteur en fungeer je als strategische sparringpartner. Je ondersteunt bij uiteenlopende vraagstukken en draagt actief bij aan het nemen van onderbouwde beslissingen met impact op de volledige organisatie.

Je analyseert data uit onze computersystemen en database en vertaalt complexe businessvraagstukken naar heldere, datagedreven inzichten en concrete verbeterinitiatieven over verschillende afdelingen heen. Dit met als doel processen te optimaliseren, de rendabiliteit te verhogen en strategische keuzes te ondersteunen. Dankzij jouw helikopterview leg je verbanden, identificeer je opportuniteiten en breng je structuur in deze vraagstukken.

Daarnaast neem je deel aan overlegmomenten op directieniveau, waar je jouw analyses en inzichten duidelijk presenteert. Je weet stakeholders mee te nemen in je verhaal, hen te overtuigen en te enthousiasmeren rond je voorstellen.

Ben jij een analytische en strategische partner die data, mensen en beslissingen verbindt?

· Ben je communicatief sterk en kan je complexe zaken helder en genuanceerd brengen?

· Bekijk je vraagstukken vanuit een breed perspectief en behoud je gemakkelijk overzicht?

· Denk je procesmatig en gestructureerd, met oog voor efficiëntie en verbetering?

· Heb je ervaring met business intelligence, data-analyse en procesoptimalisatie?

· Beschik je over een masterdiploma als bv. burgerlijk ingenieur of handelsingenieur?

· Werk je vlot samen met verschillende teams en maak je makkelijk bruggen tussen mensen en afdelingen?
