Het applicatielandschap van deze civiele bouwer is volop in beweging: van een nieuwe ERP-implementatie en DMS tot ontwikkelingen rondom project- en veiligheidsapplicaties. Jij zorgt dat al die veranderingen niet alleen bedacht en gebouwd worden, maar ook echt werken in de praktijk. Je houdt overzicht, brengt de juiste mensen bij elkaar en voert de regie van eerste idee tot succesvolle implementatie. Wat je gaat doen Je bent de spin in het web tussen projecten, afdelingen, applicatiebeheer en leveranciers. Daarbij zit je niet zelf continu aan de knoppen. Jij kijkt vooruit, stelt de juiste vragen en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Vanaf de start van een tender of project denk je mee over het benodigde applicatielandschap en bij grotere veranderingen pak je de regie over acceptatie, implementatie en kwaliteit. Concreet ga je: - Projecten en tenders adviseren over de inrichting en inzet van bedrijfskritische applicaties; - als sparringpartner optreden voor projectteams en afdelingen bij IT- en digitaliseringsvraagstukken; - verander- en verbeteropgaven vertalen naar concrete changes, releases en projecten; - regie voeren op wijzigingen en daarbij applicatiebeheerders, leveranciers, kerngebruikers en andere stakeholders bij elkaar brengen; - bewaken dat veranderingen voldoen aan de afgesproken kwaliteit, planning en gebruikersbehoeften; - acceptatietesten en implementaties organiseren en zorgen dat nieuwe oplossingen daadwerkelijk goed landen; - bijdragen aan projecten op de digitale roadmap, zoals de ERP-implementatie, een nieuw DMS en de doorontwikkeling van andere bedrijfskritische applicaties; - gebruikers en kerngebruikers betrekken bij veranderingen en zorgen voor duidelijke afspraken, docume...
