Als business manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen en laten groeien van je eigen business. Je beweegt je op het strategische snijvlak van commercie, mens en organisatie en fungeert als verbindende schakel tussen klanten, professionals en interne stakeholders. Vanuit een ondernemende mindset neem je eigenaarschap over resultaat, groei en duurzame relaties.

In deze rol combineer je ondernemerschap, strategisch advies en people management. Je herkent commerciële kansen in de markt, vertaalt deze naar concrete proposities en weet klanten te positioneren als langdurige samenwerkingspartners. Tegelijkertijd bouw je aan een sterk team van professionals dat je inspireert, begeleidt en laat groeien.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Ontwikkelen en uitbouwen en managn van je eigen klantenportefeuille en business. • Signaleren van markt- en organisatieontwikkelingen en deze vertalen naar commerciële kansen. • Adviseren van klanten over strategische en inhoudelijke vraagstukken. • Werven, selecteren, begeleiden en binden van professionals. • Opbouwen, onderhouden en versterken van relaties met klanten en interne stakeholders. • Fungeren als ondernemer, adviseur en people manager in één rol.

Je werkt 36 tot 40 uur per week.

Functie-eisen: Als business manager ben jij een ondernemende professional die energie haalt uit het bouwen van relaties en het laten groeien van business. Je beweegt je gemakkelijk in een dynamische omgeving en weet commerciële doelen te combineren met oprechte aandacht voor mensen. Je bent stressbestendig, schakelt snel tussen verschillende belangen en behoudt overzicht, ook wanneer de druk toeneemt. Met jouw sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en natuurlijke overtuigingskracht weet je klanten, professionals en interne stakeholders aan je te binden.

Wat neem je mee:

• Minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding. • Ervaring in een commerciële rol, zoals accountmanagement, consultancy, business development of arbeidsbemiddeling. • Sterke communicatieve
