MoveXM Manager Wooncorporaties Je kent de kracht van een goed gesprek. Je begrijpt hoe organisaties werken. Je vindt het leuk om relaties op te bouwen, maar krijgt minstens zoveel energie van het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten. Nu zijn we klaar voor de volgende groeifase. Daarom zoeken we een Business Manager die niet alleen relaties onderhoudt, maar ook nieuwe kansen creëert. Jouw uitdaging Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor één van onze belangrijkste markten: woningcorporaties. Je bouwt verder op een stevig fundament van bestaande klanten, maar kijkt vooral vooruit. Waar liggen nieuwe kansen? Welke corporaties kunnen nog meer waarde uit onze dienstverlening halen? Hoe kunnen we onze positie verder versterken? Jij bent degene die deze vragen vertaalt naar concrete acties en resultaten. Je: - bouwt actief aan nieuwe klantrelaties; - voert gesprekken met bestuurders, managers en adviseurs; - ontwikkelt commerciële kansen bij bestaande klanten; - vertaalt vraagstukken naar passende CX-, onderzoeks- en data-oplossingen; - begeleidt trajecten van eerste gesprek tot handtekening; - blijft betrokken bij strategische klantrelaties; - werkt nauw samen met onze Customer Success Managers en consultants. Waarom deze rol anders is Veel commerciële functies gaan over targets. Maar deze functie gaat over eigenaarschap. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om je eigen markt te ontwikkelen. Geen dagelijkse sturing op ieder detail. Wel vertrouwen, verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om ondernemerschap te laten zien. Je krijgt bovendien toegang tot ruim twintig jaar kennis, sterke klantrelaties en collega's die bekend staan als experts binnen CX, onderzoek en woningcorporaties. Wat breng jij mee?
