Our client is a well-established Belgian consulting company with more than 15 years of success and a strong reputation in technology consulting. Over the last few years, the company has made a strategic shift towards one of the fastest-growing markets: Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning and AI Leadership.

Today, their challenge isn't finding talent.

It's finding enough clients for the exceptional consultants already in the business.

That's where you come in.

Description

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and growing a portfolio of clients across Brussels and Belgium.

From first contact to long-term partnership, you'll own the entire sales cycle.

You will:

  • Identify and approach new clients
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and executives
  • Understand business challenges and propose the right consulting solution
  • Sell AI expertise
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and close deals
  • Work closely with recruiters to match the right consultants to client needs
  • Follow consultants on-site and ensure long-term client satisfaction
  • Continuously expand your network and market knowledge
  • You know how staffing and consulting work.
  • You've already sold projects, consultants, services or expertise.
  • You enjoy hunting for opportunities and building lasting commercial relationships.
  • You probably have: 2 to 6 years of experience in consulting, staffing, recruitment or IT services Experience developing new accounts from scratch A strong commercial mindset and entrepreneurial spirit The ability to challenge, influence and convince stakeholders Fluency in English, French and/or Dutch A passion for business development and people
  • Most importantly: You don't wait for leads. You create them.
