- Werken bij Dé Nova Almere 0,6-0,8 fte Wil jij bouwen aan het vakonderwijs van morgen? SSWT zoekt een ervaren onderwijskundige die onderwijs, bedrijfsleven en branche met elkaar verbindt. De houttechnieksector groeit en verandert snel. Dat heeft direct invloed op het onderwijs en de manier waarop vakmensen worden opgeleid en ontwikkeld. Nieuwe kwalificatiedossiers, flexibele en modulaire leerroutes, eigentijdse leermiddelen en een toegankelijk Leven Lang Ontwikkelen (LLO)-aanbod vragen om een stevige onderwijskundige koers. Jij helpt die koers vorm te geven en zorgt dat vernieuwingen daadwerkelijk landen in de praktijk. In deze veelzijdige rol: - regisseer en ontwikkel je curricula, LLO-modules, leermiddelen, toetsing en examinering; - vertaal je kwalificatiedossiers, brancheontwikkelingen en vragen van bedrijven naar toekomstgerichte leeroplossingen; - verbind je mbo-instellingen, educatieve partners, bedrijven en branchepartners en creëer je draagvlak voor onderwijsvernieuwing; - begeleid je de implementatie, innovatie en kwaliteitsverbetering van opleidingen en leertrajecten.
