Ben jij een commercieel talent met een passie voor de DACH-regio (Duitsland, Oostenrijk, Zwitserland)? Heb jij de drive om nieuwe markten te veroveren?

Wij zoeken een resultaatgerichte Business Development Manager die vanuit België de Duitstalige markt naar een hoger niveau tilt.

In deze rol ben je het gezicht van de organisatie in de DACH-regio. Je combineert strategische marktbewerking met intensief relatiebeheer.

  • Business Development: Je identificeert nieuwe kansen, voert strategische plannen uit om marktaandeel te winnen en bouwt een sterk netwerk uit van distributeurs en resellers.
  • Accountmanagement: Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten, bewaakt de klanttevredenheid en ontwikkelt oplossingen op maat.
  • Sales & Strategie: Je streeft ernaar om verkoopdoelstellingen te overtreffen via upselling en gerichte campagnes, terwijl je markt- en concurrentie-analyses gebruikt om kansen te grijpen.
  • Opleiding: Je beschikt over een Bachelor diploma in Business, Marketing of een gerelateerd veld.
  • Ervaring: Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in B2B-sales of business development, bij voorkeur binnen de industriële sector of vloerbekleding.
  • Talen: Je bent spreekt perfect Duits en Engels (zowel schriftelijk als mondeling).
  • Skills: Je beschikt over uitstekende onderhandelings- en presentatievaardigheden en een sterk analytisch vermogen.
  • Mobiliteit: Je bent gevestigd in België, maar bereid om zeer intensief te reizen binnen de DACH-regio.
  • Houding: Je bent gemotiveerd, doelgericht en kunt uitstekend zelfstandig werken.
