Bij Joanknecht Interim Finance Management (IFM) ondersteunen wij MKB-ondernemingen met een compacte of kwetsbare financiële organisatie bij tijdelijke én structurele parttime behoefte aan finance-capaciteit en verbetering. Onze professionals brengen continuïteit, rust en inzicht in de financiële functie en verbinden waar nodig de bredere expertise van Joanknecht. Voor IFM zoeken wij een Business Manager die verder bouwt aan deze onderscheidende nichepraktijk. Geen klassieke salesrol in een volumegedreven detacheringsomgeving, maar een sleutelrol op het snijvlak van inhoud, ondernemerschap, teamopbouw en klantwaarde. Wat ga je doen? Als Business Manager IFM ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere ontwikkeling van de praktijk. Je zorgt voor een scherpe toepassing van de propositie, een gezonde opdrachtmix, de juiste aansluiting tussen klantvraag en team en een sterke verbinding tussen IFM en de bredere Joanknecht-organisatie. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het uitdragen en bewaken van de propositie van IFM; - het signaleren en ontwikkelen van passende commerciële kansen; - het benutten van kansen binnen de bestaande Joanknecht-klantenportefeuille; - het genereren van passende new business vanuit eigen netwerk en marktbenadering; - het ondersteunen van collega's bij het herkennen van IFM-vraagstukken; - het bewaken van een gezonde balans tussen klantvraag, inzetbaarheid en ontwikkeling van professionals; - het begeleiden van collega's...
