Jobomschrijving

Als Business Manager Recruitment M/V/X ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige commerciële en recruitmentproces binnen jouw markt:

  • Je voert gesprekken met kandidaten en brengt hun ervaring, ambities en carrièremogelijkheden in kaart.
  • Je bouwt via actieve business development een duurzame portefeuille van interessante bedrijven uit.
  • Je ontwikkelt langdurige relaties met klanten en adviseert hen over recruitment, talent en ontwikkelingen binnen de arbeidsmarkt.
  • Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten en vertaalt deze naar concrete samenwerkingen.
  • Je brengt de juiste klanten en kandidaten bij elkaar en begeleidt beide partijen gedurende het volledige proces.
  • Je bouwt diepgaande expertise op binnen jouw specialisatie en positioneert jezelf als trusted advisor.
  • Je organiseert na jouw inwerkperiode zelfstandig jouw agenda en prioriteiten.
  • Je volgt jouw resultaten nauwgezet op en zoekt continu naar manieren om slimmer en efficiënter te werken.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren collega's en een manager die je ondersteunt in jouw professionele en commerciële ontwikkeling.

De ideale Business Manager Recruitment M/V/X beschikt over:

  • Een succesvol afgeronde hogere opleiding.
  • Een eerste relevante ervaring binnen sales en/of recruitment.
  • Een uitgesproken commerciële drive en zin om een eigen klantenportefeuille verder uit te bouwen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om duurzame professionele relaties op te bouwen.
  • Goede organisatorische vaardigheden en een pragmatische, oplossingsgerichte instelling.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een mooie extra troef.
  • Ondernemerschap, doorzettingsvermogen en een resultaatgerichte houding.
  • De ambitie om zichzelf voortdurend verder te ontwikkelen en expertise binnen een specifieke markt op te bouwen.
