In een innovatieve scale‑up met internationale activiteiten krijg je een centrale rol binnen de operationele ruggengraat van de organisatie. Je ondersteunt zowel finance als HR en zorgt ervoor dat alle processen correct, tijdig en zelfstandig verlopen. Je werkt nauw samen met interne en externe partners en bewaakt de structuur binnen een groeiend team.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Uitvoeren en opvolgen van dagelijkse finance‑ en HR‑administratie.
  • Samenwerken met externe partners zoals accountant en payrollprovider.
  • Rapporteren aan de CEO en zelfstandig beheren van standaardprocessen.
  • Verwerken en controleren van inkomende facturen, onkosten en betalingen.
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van uitgaande facturen.
  • Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van betalingen.
  • Onderhouden van klanten‑ en leveranciersgegevens.
  • Voorbereiden van btw‑aangiftes en accountingdocumenten in samenwerking met de externe accountant.
  • Ondersteunen van maand‑ en kwartaalafsluitingen.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van cashflowoverzichten.
  • Voorbereiden en actualiseren van cashflowprognoses op basis van verkoop‑ en kostengegevens.
  • Bewaken van een volledige, correcte en actuele financiële administratie.
  • Identificeren en implementeren van praktische procesverbeteringen.
  • Beheren van personeelsadministratie zoals contracten, payrollinput en afwezigheden.
  • Coördineren van onboardingadministratie voor nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor HR‑gerelateerde vragen.
  • Bewaken van correcte en conforme HR‑processen.
  • Structuur en overzicht bewaren binnen een klein en groeiend team.
  • Inzetten van tools, waaronder AI, om administratieve processen te optimaliseren.
  • Vijf tot tien jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen finance en administratie.
  • Opleiding in business engineering, economie of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Sterk cijfermatig inzicht en comfortabel met financiële overzichten.
  • Zelfstandig, gestructureerd en betrouwbaar in de uitvoering van taken.
  • Accuraat en in staat om niets door de mazen van het net te laten glippen.
  • Hands‑on ingesteld en pragmatisch in aanpak.
  • Discreet en betrouwbaar met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Kennis van de Belgische context rond btw, payroll en sociaal secretariaat.
  • Vlot in het gebruik van moderne tools, inclusief AI‑toepassingen.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
  • Ervaring met boekhoudsoftware is een pluspunt; ervaring met Exact Online is een sterke troef.
