Honda ist ein weltweit führender Mobilitäts- und Techn... 1 Business Operations Section Manager (w/m/d) ¿ Ihre Aufgaben * Führung, Entwicklung und Motivation des Business Operations Teams sowie Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung und Mitarbeiter_innenentwicklung * Umsetzung des jährlichen Business Plans in konkrete Prioritäten, Maßnahmen und Verantwortlichkeiten * Verantwortung für Planung, Budgetierung, Analyse und Steuerung des Ersatzteil- und Aftersales-Geschäfts * Entwicklung und Implementierung von Preis-, Marketing- und Serviceinitiativen zur Steigerung von Kundenzufriedenheit, Umsatz und Profitabilität * Leitung bereichsübergreifender Projekte zur Prozessoptimierung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung * Analyse von Geschäfts- und Kundendaten sowie Überwachung relevanter KPIs * Erstellung aussagekräftiger Reports als Grundlage für Managemententscheidungen * Entwicklung und Steuerung von Händler-Incentive-Programmen zur Förderung der Leistungsfähigkeit des Händlernetzwerks * Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Beziehungen zu Händlerpartnern sowie internen und externen Stakeholdern * Vertretung des Bereichs Business Operations in Management- und Strategiegesprächen * Förderung einer Kultur der Verantwortung, Zusammenarbeit, Kund_innenorientierung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung

¿ Ihr Profil * Abgeschlossene kaufmännische, technische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung * Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Aftersales-, Customer-Service-, Vertriebs-, Business-Development- oder vergleichbaren Umfeld * Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden sowie in der Steuerung von Teams * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Budgetplanung, Finanzanalyse, Forecasting und Business Planning * Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in der Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen * Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten in konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen zu übersetzen * Hohe Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenz * Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung kombiniert mit starkem kaufmännischem Verständnis * Deutschkenntnisse, der Tätigkeit entsprechend in Wort und Schrift * Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse * Kenntnisse in Slowakisch, Tschechisch oder Ungarisch von Vorteil * Erfahrung in der Automobilbranche von Vorteil * Führerschein Klasse B
