De Business Partner Finance adviseert het management van een zorgcluster of ondersteunende dienst bij het realiseren van een efficiënt en optimaal verloop van de financiële en bedrijfsstrategische processen. Hij/zij geeft mee vorm aan het beleid, bewaakt de financiële gezondheid en heeft oog voor de financiële implicaties van beslissingen.

Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de financiële afdeling en de verschillende diensten van het ziekenhuis. Deze functie biedt een uitdagende combinatie van ondersteuning aan management, directie en artsen, waarbij je ook het financieel geweten bent van het ziekenhuis. Succesvol word je in deze functie door gedegen financiële kennis te combineren met een analytische focus, people-skills en storytelling. Het is een uitdagende, gevarieerde functie met veel autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid.

Binnen het team van business partners Finance willen we onze rapportering naar een hoger niveau te tillen en meebouwen aan de toekomst van datagedreven zorg.

We zoeken daarom een Business partner die mee kan optreden als centrale kracht in onze rapportering. Je staat in voor de ontwikkeling van boordtabellen die er toe doen. Samen met ons business controlling team en (medisch) managers breng je de rapporteringsnoden per cluster of dienst in kaart. Je overbrugt de kloof tussen wat technisch mogelijk is en wat écht nodig is in het werkveld. Met jouw aanpak leveren we maatwerk binnen elk cluster, maar altijd gestoeld op gestandaardiseerde systemen. Je ondersteunt andere business partners, geeft richting aan collega's en zorgt ervoor dat onze data-inzichten écht bijdragen aan de juiste beslissingen. Je kijkt verder dan cijfers alleen - als data expert verbind je inzichten, koppel je informatiebronnen en zie je verbanden die anderen missen.

Je werkt binnen een team van Business Partners Finance en rapporteert aan de Manager van de Business Controlling.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een minstens een bacheloropleiding in data science of in een economische richting.
  • Je hebt een passie voor data en cijfers en combineert vlot analytische en technische vaardigheden.
  • Je bent sterk onderlegd in het werken met SAP, Qlik, PowerBi, ..
  • Je bent stressbestendig en in staat om onder druk correct te functioneren.
  • Je bent proactief en ambitieus.
  • Je beschikt over zeer goede communicatieve vaardigheden zodat je ook een volwaardige gesprekspartner kan zijn voor andere operationele afdelingen, artsen, directie en Raad van Bestuur.
