Voor een logistiek bedrijf met 1000 medewerkers regio Menen zijn we op zoek naar een Business Process Analist.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren én ambitieuze Business Process Analist die geen genoegen neemt met “zo doen we het al jaren”, maar energie krijgt van verbeteringen die echt zichtbaar zijn. Iemand die processen niet alleen in kaart brengt, maar ze ook durft uit te dagen en op die manier een sleutelrol speelt in onze digitale en organisatorische transformatie. Binnen deze transformatie zullen onze Business Process Analisten een belangrijke rol spelen in verschillende domeinen zoals supply chain, commercial, HR, en Finance.

De firma heeft recent hun procesarchitectuur hertekend, op basis van capabilities en end-to-end processen. Dat biedt jou de kans om mee te bouwen aan een moderne, procesgedreven organisatie. Naast het analyseren en verbeteren van processen, krijg je ook de kans om richting te geven aan onze procesarchitectuur en governance, en zo écht impact te hebben.

Functie

  • Je analyseert bestaande bedrijfsprocessen, identificeert optimalisatiekansen en vertaalt deze naar gedragen verbetervoorstellen. Daarbij adviseer je ook over de inzet van nieuwe technologieën en tools.
  • In nauwe samenwerking met zowel de business als IT werk je mee aan de uitwerking en implementatie van verbeterinitiatieven binnen de solution scope: je verzamelt informatie, leidt workshops en stemt af met de betrokken collega’s.
  • Je definieert samen met de betrokken stakeholders relevante KPI’s om verbeteringen meetbaar te maken, en volgt deze op om duurzame resultaten te borgen.
  • Je ondersteunt change management door teams te begeleiden en te motiveren tijdens (digitale) verandertrajecten.
  • Je neemt een trekkersrol op in het uitbouwen en bewaken van onze procesarchitectuur: je zorgt voor samenhang tussen processen, capabilities, systemen en strategische doelstellingen, en helpt mee aan een duidelijke procesgovernance.
  • Je bent sterk in het analyseren van processen en het begeleiden van workshops en presentaties.
  • Je hebt ervaring met processen in kaart brengen, kennis van BPMN is een troef.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een logistiek bedrijf of een productiebedrijf.
  • Ervaring met Lean Six Sigma-methodologie is een meerwaarde.
  • Ervaring in het begeleiden van digitale projecten (vb. ERP-implementaties) is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt inzicht in procesarchitectuur en weet hoe je processen, capabilities en strategie met elkaar verbindt. Je denkt mee over kaders en standaarden die organisatiebreed toepasbaar zijn.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders: je durft het gesprek aan te gaan, luistert actief, stelt kritische vragen en weet anderen mee te nemen in verandering.
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederland, Engels en je kan je ook verwoorden in het Frans.
