Dit toonaangevend productiebedrijf in de regio Menen telt meer dan 1.200 medewerkers en beschikt over een uitgebreide operationele organisatie. Innovatie, efficiëntie en continue verbetering vormen belangrijke pijlers binnen de verdere ontwikkeling van de onderneming.

Om de groei en professionalisering te ondersteunen, wordt volop ingezet op een meer procesgedreven werking, ondersteund door een digitale en organisatorische transformatie. Recent werd de procesarchitectuur hertekend op basis van business capabilities en end-to-end processen. Hierdoor ontstaat een organisatiebreed kader om processen te structureren, standaardiseren en verder te optimaliseren binnen verschillende domeinen, zoals operations, supply chain, commercial, HR en finance. In dit kader zijn ze op zoek naar diverse profielen waaronder een Business Process Architect (alsook een business process analist, zie andere vacature op onze website).

Functie

Ben je iemand die complexiteit weet te structureren en processen helder maakt? Zie je kansen om processen eenvoudiger, consistenter en efficiënter te maken? Dan biedt deze rol de mogelijkheid om een belangrijke bijdrage te leveren aan de verdere professionalisering van de organisatie.

Als Business Process Architect neem je een sleutelrol op in de verdere uitbouw van de procesarchitectuur en het verankeren van procesmatig werken binnen de organisatie. Daarmee draag je rechtstreeks bij aan het realiseren van operational excellence.

Je bewaakt de samenhang en consistentie van het proceslandschap en zorgt ervoor dat procesanalyses en verbeterinitiatieven vertrekken vanuit een duidelijk en organisatiebreed kader. Daarnaast blijf je dicht bij de praktijk door zelf processen te modelleren en Business Process Analysts te ondersteunen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Eigenaarschap opnemen over de procescatalogus en fungeren als primair aanspreekpunt voor collega-architecten binnen de enterprise architectuur.
  • Meebouwen aan een consistente procesarchitectuur op basis van business capabilities en end-to-end processen.
  • Definiëren en bewaken van standaarden voor procesmodellering en procesdocumentatie.
  • Ondersteunen van de uitbouw van een duidelijke procesgovernance, inclusief rollen, ownership en besluitvorming rond processen.
  • Regelmatig modelleren van processen (as-is en to-be) en mee zorgen voor een hoge kwaliteitsstandaard.
  • Coachen en begeleiden van Business Process Analysts in hun analyses en procesmodellen.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit en consistentie van procesmodellen over verschillende domeinen heen.
  • Vertalen van procesinzichten naar verbeterinitiatieven en transformatietrajecten.
  • Nauw samenwerken met business, IT en management om procesmatig denken verder te verankeren.

Profiel

  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen procesmanagement, procesarchitectuur of business architecture in een complexe organisatie.
  • Sterk in het verbinden van processen, capabilities, systemen en strategie.
  • Uitgebreide expertise in BPMN-procesmodellering.
  • Ervaring met het opzetten van standaarden, frameworks en governance rond processen.
  • Ervaring met het coachen, begeleiden of inhoudelijk aansturen van collega's.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring in stakeholdermanagement.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Masterdenkniveau, verworven via opleiding of ervaring.
  • Ervaring met Lean Six Sigma of vergelijkbare methodieken is een pluspunt.
