APK Group blijft groeien en digitaliseren. Om onze operationele werking verder te professionaliseren, zijn we op zoek naar een Business Process Owner die processen analyseert, optimaliseert en toekomstgericht vormgeeft. In deze rol ben je de brug tussen operations, business en IT. Je zorgt ervoor dat processen niet alleen efficiënt verlopen, maar ook schaalbaar zijn en aansluiten bij de strategische doelstellingen van de organisatie. Je komt terecht in een projectgedreven omgeving waar continue verbetering centraal staat. Door processen kritisch te bekijken, verbeteringen te implementeren en medewerkers mee te nemen in verandering, draag je rechtstreeks bij aan de verdere groei en professionalisering van APK Group.

Jobomschrijving

Analyseren, ontwerpen en optimaliseren van operationele processen.Vertalen van bestaande werkwijzen naar efficiëntere en toekomstgerichte processen.Identificeren en realiseren van structurele en ad-hoc verbeteringen.Fungeren als aanspreekpunt tussen business en IT voor procesdefinities en systeemwijzigingen.Vertalen van operationele behoeften naar duidelijke functionele vereisten voor digitale oplossingen.Ontwikkelen en beheren van processtandaarden en procesdocumentatie.Waken over uniforme werkwijzen en schaalbaarheid binnen de organisatie.Begeleiden van implementaties, testen en validaties van nieuwe processen en systemen.Ondersteunen van medewerkers via opleiding, communicatie en change management.Stimuleren van procesdenken, eigenaarschap en data-gedreven werken binnen de organisatie.Optreden als ambassadeur van continue verbetering en operational excellence.

Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig denkniveau.Ervaring met procesanalyse, procesoptimalisatie en verandertrajecten.Ervaring binnen een operationele, technische of projectmatige omgeving is een sterke troef.Kennis van Lean, Lean Six Sigma, BPM of gelijkaardige methodieken.Sterk analytisch vermogen en een gestructureerde manier van werken.In staat om complexe processen te vereenvoudigen en om te zetten naar werkbare oplossingen.Sterke communicator die mensen en afdelingen met elkaar verbindt.Resultaatgericht en gedreven om verbeteringen te realiseren.Je kan stakeholders overtuigen zonder formele hiërarchische bevoegdheid.Proactief, standvastig en organisatorisch sterk.
