Business Process Owner HR & Payroll About the job Als Business Process Owner HR & Payroll ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, optimaliseren en verder ontwikkelen van de HR- en payrollprocessen binnen Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) en de gekoppelde systemen. Je fungeert als schakel tussen HR, Payroll, IT en de business en zorgt ervoor dat processen efficiënt, gebruiksvriendelijk en toekomstgericht worden ingericht. Je analyseert behoeften vanuit de organisatie, vertaalt deze naar functionele oplossingen en bewaakt de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de HR- en payrollprocessen. Some of your duties include: - Je bent functioneel eigenaar van de HR- en payrollprocessen binnen Dynamics 365 F&O. - Analyseren, documenteren en optimaliseren van bestaande HR- en payrollprocessen. - Vertalen van businessnoden naar functionele vereisten en systeemoplossingen. - Coördineren en opvolgen van wijzigingen, implementaties en optimalisatieprojecten. - Uitvoeren en begeleiden van testen bij systeemaanpassingen, upgrades en nieuwe functionaliteiten. - Bewaken van de datakwaliteit en processtandaarden. - Opmaken en onderhouden van procesdocumentatie, handleidingen en werkinstructies. - Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden en actief bijdragen aan digitaliseringsinitiatieven binnen HR en payroll. Your profile - Je beschikt over een bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring - Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen HR, payroll, HR-systemen of procesmanagement. - Ervaring met ERP-systemen en/of Dynamics 365 F&O is een sterke troef. - Sterk analytisch en procesmatig denkvermogen - Ervaring met procesoptimalisatie en digitalisering - Kennis van HR- en payrollprocessen - Affiniteit met ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O - Projectmatig kunnen werken en prioriteiten stellen - Talenkennis Nederlands vereist Our offer - Competitive remuneration with end-of-year bonus. - Net fee . - Benefits platform : Benefits@Work. - G...
