Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen business en IT, brengt stakeholders samen en zorgt voor duurzame verandering.

Je focus ligt op:

Procesmanagement & Procesoptimalisatie

Je bouwt mee aan een organisatie waarin processen helder, efficiënt en toekomstbestendig zijn.

  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van een uniforme aanpak voor procesdocumentatie
  • End-to-end processen in kaart brengen en rollen, verantwoordelijkheden en kennis borgen
  • Waken over de kwaliteit en actualiteit van procesdocumentatie
  • Proceseigenaars begeleiden bij het onderhouden en verbeteren van hun processen

Projectmanagement

Je leidt projecten van idee tot succesvolle implementatie.

  • Definiëren van doelstellingen, scope, planning en verantwoordelijkheden
  • Toepassen van een gestandaardiseerde projectmethodiek en rapportering
  • Bewaken van voortgang, risico's, afhankelijkheden en capaciteit
  • Coördineren van stakeholders en zorgen voor heldere communicatie

Business Analyse & IT Vertaling

Je vormt de brug tussen business en IT.

  • Analyseren en optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen
  • Vertalen van businessnoden naar functionele oplossingen
  • Ondersteunen van digitaliserings- en verbetertrajecten binnen ERP-, CRM- en ATS-omgevingen
  • Begeleiden van testing, implementatie en ingebruikname

Stakeholder- & Change Management

Je creëert draagvlak voor verandering en verbetering.

  • Uitbouwen van sterke relaties met interne en externe stakeholders
  • Faciliteren van besluitvorming rond complexe vraagstukken
  • Begeleiden van verandertrajecten via communicatie, opleiding en adoptie
  • Verankeren van nieuwe processen, systemen en werkwijzen binnen de organisatie

Teamontwikkeling

Je versterkt de interne expertise en samenwerking.

  • Functioneel aansturen en ondersteunen van projectteamleden
  • Coachen van collega's in procesdenken, projectwerking en analyse
  • Borgen van kennis via standaarden, templates en best practices

Wat breng je mee?

Je bent een analytische en gestructureerde professional die mensen weet mee te krijgen en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

Wat heb je zeker op zak:

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in procesmanagement, business analyse en projectmanagement
  • Ervaring met het documenteren, optimaliseren en borgen van bedrijfsprocessen
  • Ervaring met het leiden van projecten van analyse tot implementatie
  • Sterke stakeholdermanagement- en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Ervaring in de samenwerking tussen business en IT
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels
  • Basiskennis Frans voor interne communicatie

Mooie extra's:

  • Ervaring met ERP-, ATS- en/of CRM-systemen
  • Ervaring met het functioneel aansturen van projectteams
  • Ervaring met portfoliomanagement of projectprioritering
  • Ambitie om door te groeien naar een leidinggevende rol binnen Project Management
