Interex Professionals Business Projectleider SAP ESM freelance In het kort Volledige opdracht Opdracht voor de implementatie van SAP S4/Hana Enterprise Service Management (ESM) binnen het Politiedienstencentrum (PDC), onderdeel van het programma Modernisering Informatievoorziening Bedrijfsvoering (MIB). Doel is vervanging van meerdere legacy systemen (onder meer deel van Planon), realisatie van 27 eisen en 11 wensen en ingebruikname voor ~65.000 medewerkers per 1 januari 2028. Scope richt zich primair op servicemanagement voor Facility Management, Financiën en Verwerving; HRM, IV, Vastgoed en Operationele middelen worden later vastgesteld. Belangrijke taken zijn waarborging van businesscontinuïteit, datacleansing en -migratie, synchronisatie met legacy systemen, testen op risicobasis en begeleiding van change en training van servicedesks en gebruikers. Eerste gedeelte van de opdrachtomschrijving. Eisen - Een relevante bachelor- of masteropleiding, bij voorkeur in bedrijfskunde, informatica of een aanverwant vakgebied. - Certificeringen in projectmanagement (bijv. PMP, Prince2) zijn een pré. - Minimaal 5 jaar projectmanagement ervaring met de implementatie van ERP systemen, bij voorkeur SAP. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met servicemanagement software (voorkeur SAP ESM) in een implementatierol.
