Jij maakt impact op een bewuste risicocultuur binnen Finance, Data & Reporting. Wat ga je doen? Als Business Risk Manager bij ASN Bank ga je direct aan de slag als risicocoach voor het managementteam van Finance, Data & Reporting. Vanuit deze positie sta je midden in de dagelijkse business en adviseer je over alle niet-financiële risico's: van IT en informatiebeveiliging tot privacy en procesrisico's. Jij bent de schakel tussen de eerste en tweede lijn én de drijvende kracht achter een bewuste risicocultuur. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - Je bent sparringpartner voor het managementteam en daagt hen uit om risico's proactief te beheersen. - Je implementeert risicobeleid en vervult een brugfunctie met tweedelijns partijen en andere stakeholders. - Je bouwt aan een cultuur waarin medewerkers bewust omgaan met risico's en risicobeheersing vanzelfsprekend is. - Je maakt risicoanalyses op key risk indicatoren, zoals effectiviteit van key controls en de status van auditissues. - Met je inzichten, risicoanalyses en rapportages help je het managementteam om doelstellingen te behalen en incidenten te voorkomen. - Je maakt risicoanalyses op de key risk indicatoren, zoals effectiviteit van (financial) key controls en de status van auditissues.
