Je werkt voor toonaangevende organisaties in onder andere overheid, onderwijs, financiële dienstverlening en zakelijke dienstverlening. Samen met strategen, UX researchers, experience designers, developers en AI-specialisten zorg jij ervoor dat digitale klantervaringen steeds slimmer worden en meer waarde leveren. Van inzicht naar werkende dienstverlening Als Senior Business Service Designer help je organisaties om hun dienstverlening mensgerichter, slimmer en beter uitvoerbaar te maken. Je verbindt gebruikersbehoeften, organisatiedoelen en merkambities en geeft richting aan het ontwerp- en veranderproces. Je bent een strategische denker én praktische doener. Je brengt structuur in complexe vraagstukken, durft keuzes voor te stellen en krijgt verschillende stakeholders mee in een gezamenlijke richting. Daarbij bewaak je steeds de samenhang tussen de ervaring van de gebruiker en wat daarvoor binnen de organisatie nodig is. Je werkt graag nauw samen met specialisten op het gebied van research, strategie, creatie, content en technologie.
