De volmacht markt is continu in beweging. Een groeiend volmachtkanaal, digitalisering van processen en veranderde wet- en regelgeving zorgen ervoor dat er veel te doen is. De Value Stream Volmachten is dagelijks bezig om onze relaties verder te helpen. Er is continu groei en ontwikkeling om hoge standaarden te garanderen of die verder te verbeteren, onder andere op het gebied van ICT, productontwikkeling, rendementsverbetering, managementinformatie en procesverbetering. Jij staat hierbij in het hart en levert (leidende) bijdragen. De Business Specialisten hebben een breed takenpakket. We zoeken versterking gericht op de verbinding tussen business en ICT, iemand die communicatief sterk is en een brug kan slaan tussen de werkzaamheden van de verschillende teams en de techniek. Je werkt mee aan applicaties die ondersteuning bieden bij processen binnen de Value Stream Volmachten in de breedste zin van het woord. Deze ondersteuning bied je door kennis te delen, te brainstormen met je team, gevolmachtigden en andere stakeholders en door testwerkzaamheden uit te (laten) voeren. Ook implementeer je veranderingen in systemen, breng je veelvoorkomende wensen, problemen en klachten in kaart, zodat jullie weten welke aanpassingen er in de systemen doorgevoerd moeten worden.
