Je onderhoudt contact met klanten over openstaande betalingen, denkt mee over passende oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat betalingsachterstanden op een professionele manier worden afgehandeld. Dankzij jouw communicatieve vaardigheden bouw je sterke relaties op met klanten en zorg je ervoor dat de financiële administratie altijd correct en actueel blijft. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en draagt actief bij aan een soepel verloop van het debiteurenbeheer. Ben jij nauwkeurig, klantgericht en klaar voor een afwisselende uitdaging binnen DHL Finance? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken van inkomende facturen en self-billing transacties, het signaleren van afwijkingen en het ondersteunen van verbeteringen binnen de financiële administratie.
