Je gaat exclusief aan de slag voor een van onze grote klanten waarbij je werkt vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Schiedam én vanuit de verschillende klantlocaties in Honselersdijk/Naaldwijk/Rijnsburg. Daarnaast leer je het contract kennen en doet eventuele contractaanpassingen in samenspraak met de klantmanager. Verder neem je deel aan projecten om de totale dienstverlening en de afdeling customer support continu te verbeteren. Wie wij zijn Wij zijn een professioneel team met een gezellige werkcultuur. Een informele werksfeer vinden we belangrijk, dus de deur voor advies staat bij iedereen open. Meerdere keren per week komen we (virtueel) samen om werkzaamheden, projecten en uitdagingen te bespreken, waar kennis delen en elke dag verbeteren centraal staat.
