YOUR JOB

Woon je in Gent, Sint-Niklaas, Aalst of ergens anders in Oost-Vlaanderen en ben jij een administratieve duizendpoot die energie haalt uit structuur, nauwkeurigheid en ondersteuning op maat? Dan hebben wij de perfecte kans voor jou!

Als Business Support Consultant ondersteun je het management van een van onze klanten en zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse operationele processen vlot en efficiënt verlopen.

Je speelt een cruciale rol in de backoffice:

  • je stelt offertes op en verwerkt facturen;
  • je staat in voor het opmaken en opvolgen van contracten;
  • je voert klantgegevens in en houdt deze up-to-date;
  • je staat in voor orderverwerking;
  • en je beheert bedrijfsdossiers.

Daarnaast ben je een aanspreekpunt voor klanten via telefoon en e-mail, beantwoord je hun vragen en verwijst hen door naar de juiste afdeling. Kortom jij bent de rots in de branding voor onze klanten.

Als consultant werk je telkens op tijdelijke projecten bij onze klanten. De sectoren waarin je terechtkomt, zijn uiteenlopend: zo kan je werken op projecten binnen bank en verzekering, automotive, leasing, … .

Flexibiliteit is dus key: je houdt van afwisseling in je takenpakket en past je vlot aan nieuwe omgevingen aan.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma en je hebt alvast een eerste relevante ervaring kunnen opdoen.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail, wat goed van pas komt bij de administratieve opvolging van jouw klantendossiers.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en krijgt energie als administratie tot in de puntjes klopt.
  • Je werkt klantgericht en bent commercieel ingesteld.
  • Je krijgt energie door problemen zo efficiënt mogelijk op te lossen.
  • Je staat communicatief sterk in jouw schoenen, zowel in het Nederlands, Frans als in het Engels.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B, waardoor je jezelf flexibel kan verplaatsen naar onze projecten.
