Als Business Support Officer word je een belangrijke schakel binnen Zilverberg Food. Je combineert aankoop, ondersteuning & IT, AI, ERP en werkt nauw samen met medezaakvoerster Liesbeth.

Aankoop

  • Leveranciersrelaties onderhouden en verder uitbouwen. Prijzen vergelijken, analyseren en onderhandelen. Leveranciersgesprekken voorbereiden en opvolgen.

Business Support

  • Rechterhand zijn van medezaakvoerster Liesbeth. Prijsberekeningen voorbereiden en ondersteunen bij kostprijsanalyses. Artikelgegevens, systemen en administratieve processen beheren.

IT, AI & ERP

  • Implementatie van het nieuwe ERP-systeem trekken en begeleiden, van voorbereiding tot implementatie en verdere opvolging. Medewerkers ondersteunen bij IT-gerelateerde vragen en problemen (i.s.m. IT-partner). AI en nieuwe technologieën actief verkennen en inzetten om bedrijfsprocessen te optimaliseren. Meedenken over en initiëren van digitale verbeteringen binnen de dagelijkse werking.

Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw attitude maakt het verschil.
