De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Business Support Officer in Nazareth-De Pinte?

  • Zorgen voor een continue instroom van talent door vacatures uit te schrijven en actief te hunten via LinkedIn, databases en andere kanalen
  • Kandidaten telefonisch screenen, gesprekken inplannen en interviews mee opvolgen
  • Gesprekken vertalen naar heldere kandidaatprofielen en het CRM-systeem nauwkeurig up-to-date houden
  • Actief op zoek gaan naar nieuwe projecten en opportuniteiten voor onze Bonnie Consultants
  • Administratieve ondersteuning van sales opnemen, zoals: contracten opmaken en opvolgen tot ondertekening klantenbezoeken inplannen voor de sales verslagen verwerken in het CRM-systeem onboarding van nieuwe consultants administratief in orde brengen
  • Mee zorgen voor een vlotte werking van het team en ondersteuning bieden waar nodig

Wie ben jij als Business Support Officer in Nazareth-De Pinte?
