Jobomschrijving

Als Business Support Officer zijn je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je stelt offertes op op basis van bestaande templates en aangeleverde informatie
  • Je herwerkt bestaande offertes wanneer er correcties, prijsaanpassingen of extra info nodig is
  • Je zorgt dat alle documenten correct opgeslagen en geclassificeerd worden
  • Je voert gegevens in en houdt administratieve dossiers up-to-date
  • Je volgt binnenkomende aanvragen op en bezorgt klanten tijdig een correcte offerte
  • Het coördineren van interne communicatie tussen afdelingen

Als Business Support Officer heb je het volgende profiel:

  • Je bent tweetalig (FR/NL) en hebt een uitstekende kennis van beide talen
  • Je hebt een eerste werkervaring achter de rug in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en detailgericht
  • Je hebt een probleemoplossend vermogen en bent klantgericht
  • Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office en andere relevante software
  • Je bent flexibel en kan goed omgaan met prioriteiten en stress
