Wat ga je doen?

  • Analyseren via de workshop methode: Alles start bij het identificeren van de stakeholders en het in kaart brengen van hun behoeften. Je treedt op als analist en gebruikt hiervoor de workshop methode om de juiste informatie naar boven te halen.
  • Procesmodellering & Techniek: Je voert behoefteanalyses uit voor verschillende digitale processen. Hierbij is het belangrijk dat je BPMN’s en API’s kan lezen en begrijpen om processen te (her)modelleren.
  • Concrete projecten: Je mag direct je tanden zetten in tastbare innovaties. Twee van jouw eerste grote projecten zijn het verwerken van de inventaris van bouwmateriaal en het digitaal maken van schadeclaims.
  • Microsoft Stack: Binnen onze digitalisatie is het werken in de Microsoft-stack erg belangrijk, waarbij je specifiek gebruik zal maken van Power Automate om flows te optimaliseren.
  • Begeleiden en Motiveren: Je stelt niet alleen oplossingen voor, maar je begeleidt ook de in-productiestelling. Je weet mensen te motiveren, je begeleidt de eindgebruikers en je volgt de volledige transitie op de voet op, zodat iedereen met de nieuwe toepassingen overweg kan.
  • Je stimuleert het gebruik van AI (Claude) binnen de organisatie, evalueert digitale processen op AI-geschiktheid en verkent niche-software. Je draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de opvolging van projecten (analyse, ontwikkeling, implementatie) en houdt documentatie up-to-date.
  • Concrete projecten: Automatiseren van verwerking en data -extractie uit gescande documenten binnen de resyclagedivisie. End-to-end digitalisering van schadeclaims op de werven. Digitaliseren van materiaal aanvragen door aannemers en werfleiders.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een diploma (bijv. handelswetenschappen of toegepaste economische wetenschappen) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt zo’n 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
  • Kennis van ERP is belangrijk om de processen binnen ons bedrijf goed te doorgronden.
  • Een achtergrond als developer is een grote plus, zodat je de brug naar het technische team moeiteloos kan maken.
  • Je bent communicatief ijzersterk, open-minded en vooral iemand die de business bril kan opzetten.
