Den Kunden aus Industrie, Handel, Gewerbe und dem kommunalen Bereich wird "Raum sofort" - das heißt Raumlös... 1 Business Transformation Manager_in mit Schwerpunkt Digitalisierung & KI Wir suchen keine klassische IT-Rolle, sondern eine Persönlichkeit, die die Chancen moderner Technologien versteht und diese gemeinsam mit unseren IT-Fachbereichen in messbaren Geschäftsnutzen übersetzt.

Deine Aufgaben * Mit einem guten Prozessverständnis identifizierst du Potenziale für Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und KI, analysierst bestehende Abläufe und leitest daraus konkrete Lösungen mit wirtschaftlichem Mehrwert ab. * Du treibst gemeinsam mit den IT-Fachbereichen die Entwicklung innovativer Digitalisierungs- und KI-Lösungen voran, validierst deren Nutzen in Pilotprojekten und sorgst für eine erfolgreiche Implementierung und Skalierung im Unternehmen. * Als Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT übersetzt du fachliche Anforderungen in umsetzbare digitale Lösungen und begleitest die Fachbereiche bei der Einführung neuer digitaler Arbeitsweisen. * An der Weiterentwicklung unserer Core-Systeme (CRM, ERP, Partner-Portal, Onlineshop etc.) arbeitest du aktiv mit und bringst neue technologische Möglichkeiten ein. * Daten, Kennzahlen und Business Cases bereitest du verständlich auf und schaffst damit fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management. * Aktuelle Entwicklungen rund um Generative AI, LLMs, Automatisierung und digitale Geschäftsmodelle behältst du im Blick und bringst daraus neue Impulse ins Unternehmen ein.

Dein Profil * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Digitalisierungs-, Transformations- oder Prozessverbesserungsprojekten im Unternehmensumfeld. * Praxiserfahrung mit modernen Digitalisierungs- und KI-Tools (z. B. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Platform oder vergleichbare Lösungen), die du bereits produktiv im Business-Kontext eingesetzt hast, sowie Interesse an aktuellen Entwicklungen im KI-Bereich. * Gutes Verständnis für betriebliche Abläufe und die Fähigkeit, Optimierungspotenziale zu erkennen und daraus konkrete Anwendungsfälle und Maßnahmen abzuleiten. * Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, dich schnell in unterschiedliche Fachbereiche und Systemlandschaften einzuarbeiten. * Kommunikationsstärke und Erfahrung an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT - du verstehst beide Welten und bringst unterschiedliche Anforderungen zusammen. * Erfahrung in Business Process Management, Change Management, Datenanalyse oder Automatisierung ist von Vorteil. * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (min. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (min. B2).
