Als Business Unit Leader speel je een sleutelrol in de verdere groei van de organisatie. Je stuurt mensen, processen en projecten aan en zorgt ervoor dat commerciële en operationele doelstellingen worden omgezet in concrete resultaten. Dankzij jouw technische achtergrond, marktkennis en leiderschap weet je kansen te herkennen én te verzilveren.

Je krijgt een brede verantwoordelijkheid en werkt nauw samen met de directie om de business verder te professionaliseren en duurzaam te laten groeien.

Een greep uit je takenpakket:

  • Stuur het dagelijks management van jouw business unit en bewaak kwaliteit, efficiëntie en klanttevredenheid.
  • Vertaal marktbehoeften naar concrete acties en commerciële groei.
  • Begeleid projecten binnen de procesindustrie en zorg voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering.
  • Analyseer processen en optimaliseer workflows, kostenstructuren en prestaties.
  • Werk nauw samen met COO & CEO om strategische doelstellingen te realiseren.
  • Ontwikkel je team door coaching, talentontwikkeling en duidelijke richting.
  • Onderhoud klantrelaties en bouw aan partnerships die groei stimuleren.
  • Zorg voor winstgevendheid via kwaliteitscontrole, procesoptimalisatie en kostenbeheer.
  • Je hebt een master in de ingenieurswetenschappen, bij voorkeur werktuigkunde.
  • Je hebt al een aantal jaar ervaring met projectmanagement binnen de procesindustrie.
  • Je hebt al een vijftal jaar ervaring als leidinggevende.
  • Je hebt de nodige technische expertise (pijpleidingen, energiebalansen, ...)
  • Je bent flexibel, oplossingsgericht en gericht op professionalisering en innovatie.
  • Je kan talent aantrekken, behouden en ontwikkelen.
