Je krijgt de vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid om een eigen markt, specialisme of business unit (binnen de techniek) uit te bouwen en deze zelfstandig tot een succes te maken. Je brengt vanuit je eigen netwerk de eerste klanten en vacatures binnen en gaat hier in eerste instantie zelf actief mee aan de slag. Door jouw kennis van de markt en netwerk weet je snel waar kansen liggen en ben je in staat om zelfstandig de eerste opdrachten succesvol in te vullen. Tegelijkertijd hoef je het niet alleen te doen. Detalent faciliteert je met bestaande systemen, recruitmenttools, marketing en ondersteuning, zodat jij je volledig kunt richten op het uitbouwen van jouw business. Zodra de hoeveelheid werk toeneemt, bepaal jij zelf welke ondersteuning nodig is. Heb je extra recruitmentcapaciteit nodig? Dan breiden we jouw team uit. Kun je ondersteuning gebruiken op sales? Dan zoeken we samen de juiste persoon. Jij bepaalt waar jouw Business Unit naartoe gaat, Detalent zorgt voor de omgeving en middelen om die ambitie waar te maken. Functie eisen - Een afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding; - Aantoonbaar meerdere jaren ervaring in de arbeidsbemiddeling bijvoorbeeld als Consultant, Accountmanager of Vestigingsmanager etc. - Bereidheid tot het volgen van functie gerelateerde opleidingen (bv. VCU-VIl, SEU); - Je hebt doorzettingsvermogen, de wil om te winnen en bent ondernemend; - Je bent pro-actief, sociaal, vindingrijk, commercieel en communicatief sterk; - Je ziet kansen in de markt en weet deze om te zet...
