De software is gericht op het eenvoudig inroosteren van personeel en biedt mogelijkheden tot koppelen en integreren met andere systemen. Het bedrijf is gevestigd in Amsterdam en maakt onderdeel uit van een groep aan Vertical Market Software bedrijven. Binnen dit netwerk combineren ze de kracht van een grotere organisatie met de focus en autonomie van kleinere teams. Om deze ontwikkeling én de dienstverlening verder te versterken, zoeken zij een Business Unit Manager die de organisatie verder vorm gaat geven en leiding geeft aan een jong, gedreven team. Binnen dit enthousiaste team (+/- 10 medewerkers) zijn onder meer de disciplines Customer Support, Customer Succes Management, Sales, Product Management, Testing en Development vertegenwoordigd. De Developers (5 mdw) worden functioneel aangestuurd door de Product Manager. Functie Als Business Unit Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het succesvol runnen van de onderneming. Je bepaalt visie en geeft richting. Dit vertaal je naar gedefinieerde doelen, uitgesproken verwachtingen en de aansturing van het team. Je hebt een duidelijke visie hoe je het bedrijf runt en verder optimaliseert. Je geeft leiding aan een betrokken team en zorgt ervoor dat dit team optimaal samenwerkt en dat klanten kunnen rekenen op kwaliteit, snelheid en deskundigheid.
