Als Business Unit Manager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter jouw team. Je werkt mee, bepaalt de strategie, zet de lijnen uit en richt je op het coachen en ontwikkelen van je collega's. Met jouw leiderschap en enthousiasme zorg je ervoor dat topresultaten worden behaald. Naast het coachen ben je zelf ook actief betrokken binnen de sales. Jij bent een belangrijke schakel in de commerciële relatie met klanten en het bemiddelen van professionals. Je fungeert als voorbeeld binnen het team en houdt je bezig met sales, plaatsen van kandidaten, relatiebeheer en het recruitmentproces. Daarnaast denk je actief mee met het managementteam over marktontwikkelingen en de groei van ons bedrijf. Wat vragen wij van jou? - Je bent enthousiast, gedreven en ambitieus; - Je hebt minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in de uitzend- of detacheringsbranche; - Ervaring in een leidingevende functie is een pré; - Je weet resultaten te behalen in een commerciële omgeving binnen de flexbranche; - Je bent communicatief sterk en weet je team te motiveren en te ontwikkelen; - Je hebt de ambitie om niet alleen je team, maar het hele bedrijf te laten groeien.
