Als Business Unit Manager breng je mensgericht leiderschap en technische expertise samen. Je weet strategische doelstellingen te formuleren en deze te vertalen naar concrete resultaten. Je stelt jaarlijks een bedrijfsplan op, inclusief bijbehorende budgetten, en stuurt op realisatie ervan. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je rol is het opbouwen en onderhouden van een sterk netwerk. Je vertegenwoordigt de organisatie op directieniveau en weet door actief relatiemanagement en gerichte promotie de zichtbaarheid van het bedrijf te vergroten. Klantbehoeften herken je snel en vertaal je moeiteloos naar nieuwe producten en diensten. Ook op operationeel vlak heb je een belangrijke rol. Je optimaliseert logistieke processen zoals voorraadbeheer en de routedienst. Daarnaast denk je mee over een efficiënte magazijnindeling en een effectieve orderpickstrategie, zodat onze dienstverlening soepel en kostenefficiënt blijft verlopen. Wat mag je van ons verwachten?
