The posting

Vous êtes responsable de la Business Unit « Activités industrielles ». Dans ce département, peuvent travailler jusqu'à 300 personnes, réparties sur plusieurs sites (site interne et différents clients sur sites externes). Les activités principales sont le conditionnement, l'emballage, l'assemblage mécanique ou électronique, le montage de displays, l'étiquetage ou plus généralement toute activité manuelle de production.

Vous rapportez à la Direction générale et êtes membre du Comité de management. Vous pilotez la performance complète du département tout en maintenant une présence régulière sur le terrain, au contact des équipes et des clients.

Ses principales missions sont :

  • Organiser les activités des différents sites et améliorer en continu les processus de production ;
  • Encadrer, évaluer et motiver les équipes de production autour des différents projets et/ou activités tout en veillant à faire respecter les valeurs de l'entreprise ;
  • Elaborer avec le comité de direction, le budget du département et mettre en place les actions nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs définis ;
  • Planifier et gérer les équipes du site interne et des sites externes en collaboration avec vos équipes ;
  • Veiller au respect des plannings, des délais et de la rentabilité attendue, mesurer les écarts et participer activement au processus d'amélioration continue (mise en place et suivi d'indicateurs de performance) ;
  • Être le garant de la qualité, de l'élaboration et du suivi des procédures mises en place ;
  • Contrôler sur le terrain les différentes activités en assurant une présence régulière et en veillant à garantir la sécurité et le bien-être du personnel ;
  • Participer activement à la réflexion pour de nouvelles activités et piloter leur mise en œuvre ;
  • En collaboration avec le conseiller en prévention et l'ergonome, adapter les postes et l'organisation du travail.

Compétences professionnelles

  • Master à orientation technique (mécanique, électronique ou équivalent) ;
  • 10 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire (avec responsabilité en production, opérations ou gestion multisites) ;
  • Maîtrise des indicateurs de performance, du pilotage budgétaire et des démarches d'amélioration continue ;
  • Trilingue ou excellent bilingue (français, anglais, néerlandais).

  • Leadership et profil d'excellent communicant ;
  • Capacités d'organisation, d'analyse et de gestion des priorités ;
  • Aptitudes à la résolution de problèmes et à la prise de décision ;
