Als Business Unit Manager Recruitment leid je jouw eigen business unit en combineer je commerciële verantwoordelijkheid met teamontwikkeling en strategie. - Je ontwikkelt en voert wervingscampagnes uit voor vaste en tijdelijke functies. - Je schrijft vacatureteksten en analyseert online campagnes op effectiviteit en conversie. - Je levert input voor socialmediacontent en denkt mee over de mediastrategie. - Je stelt samen met directie en collega-managers langetermijndoelen op en vertaalt deze naar concrete plannen. - Je opereert als ondernemer binnen een solide organisatie en stuurt jouw team op kwaliteit en resultaat. - Je bezoekt klanten, onderhoudt relaties tijdens een lunch of golfafspraak en bespreekt marktontwikkelingen. - Je denkt als business developer mee over strategische keuzes bij klanten en vergroot zo jouw marktaandeel.
