APK Group is een toonaangevende speler in de aanleg en het beheer van telecominfrastructuur in België. Vanuit onze Business Unit Fiber realiseren we dagelijks grootschalige projecten voor de uitrol, aansluiting en het onderhoud van glasvezelnetwerken. Om de verdere groei van deze activiteiten te ondersteunen, zoeken we een Business Unit Manager die de operationele, financiële en commerciële verantwoordelijkheid opneemt voor de Fiber-activiteiten. Je vertaalt strategie naar concrete resultaten, stuurt een ervaren organisatie aan en zorgt ervoor dat projecten veilig, kwalitatief en rendabel worden uitgevoerd.

  • De dagelijkse leiding nemen over de Business Unit en de operationele werking verder uitbouwen.
  • Aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen van projectleiders en operationele teams.
  • Eindverantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor omzet, marge, budgetten en rendabiliteit van de afdeling.
  • Financiële rapporteringen analyseren en bijsturen waar nodig op basis van KPI’s en resultaten.
  • Forecasts, budgetten en capaciteitsplanning opvolgen.
  • Opportuniteiten detecteren bij bestaande klanten en actief meewerken aan de verdere commerciële groei van de business unit.
  • Onderhouden van duurzame relaties met klanten, opdrachtgevers en partners.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie binnen alle lopende projecten.
  • Vertalen van de groepsstrategie naar concrete doelstellingen voor de afdeling.
  • Rapporteren aan de directie over de financiële, operationele en commerciële prestaties van de business unit.
  • Bachelor of master, bij voorkeur in Energietechnologie, Elektromechanica, Elektrotechniek of een andere technische richting.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een projectmatige omgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen energie-infrastructuur, nutsleidingen, huisaansluitingen of elektriciteitswerken is een belangrijke vereiste.
  • Sterk analytisch en cijfermatig; je neemt beslissingen op basis van KPI’s, budgetten en financiële rapporteringen.
  • Ervaring met het beheren van een P&L of business unit is een sterke troef.
  • Commercieel ingesteld en in staat langdurige klantenrelaties verder uit te bouwen.
  • Besluitvaardig, zelfstandig en ondernemend.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar techniek, projecten en mensen samenkomen.
