Met jouw inzet zorg je ervoor dat de (zorg)medewerkers de best mogelijke zorg aan cliënten kunnen verlenen. Reageer nu! Functieomschrijving Het allerleukste aan deze functie is misschien wel dat je de nieuwe rol van risk & auditmanager zelf mag vormgeven. Je krijgt daarvoor alle ruimte, maar neemt ook zelf het initiatief - uiteraard in verbinding met de organisatie. Het gaat om een derdelijns controlefunctie: je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van financieel beleid, (interne) beheersing, risicomanagement, jaarlijkse audits en compliance, en je ontwikkelt, onderhoudt en bewaakt de kaders, concepten en hulpmiddelen die hiervoor nodig zijn. Je signaleert, analyseert en rapporteert aan de raad van bestuur, de directie en het management over risico's in de bedrijfsprocessen, en vervult daarbij een onafhankelijke adviesrol: gevraagd en ongevraagd geef je advies over verbetermogelijkheden. Daarnaast coördineer je de uitvoering van horizontaal toezicht en onderhoud je contacten met zorgverzekeraars en interne stakeholders. Naar verwachting zal de functie circa 24 uur per week aan tijd in beslag nemen.
