Klaar om elke bus veilig en soepel de weg op te sturen? Als busmechanieker zorg je ervoor dat voertuigen technisch perfect in orde zijn. Je combineert jouw kennis van mechanica en elektriciteit met een praktische aanpak en werkt mee aan kwalitatieve mobiliteit voor heel wat reizigers.

  • Afleverklaar maken van voertuigen: je controleert nieuwe bussen bij aankomst en zorgt voor de correcte installatie van opties en afwerking.
  • Elektrische systemen en diagnose: je werkt aan elektrische bussen, analyseert foutmeldingen en stelt diagnoses met behulp van gespecialiseerde software en meetsystemen.
  • Onderhoud en herstellingen: je voert zowel gepland als onverwacht onderhoud en herstellingen uit aan mechanische en elektrische onderdelen.
  • Mechanische werkzaamheden: je herstelt onder meer remmen, ophanging, aandrijving en andere mechanische componenten.
  • Depannages en interventies: wanneer nodig ga je ter plaatse om storingen snel en vakkundig op te lossen.
  • Administratie: je registreert de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden nauwkeurig in het systeem.
  • Je werkt dagelijks van 8.00 uur tot 12.00 uur, neemt een halfuur middagpauze en werkt daarna van 12.30 uur tot 17.00 uur.
  • Mits voorafgaande bespreking ben je bereid om af en toe te helpen bij pannes tijdens het weekend.

Geen dag is hetzelfde: van een technische diagnose in de werkplaats tot een interventie op locatie — jij zorgt ervoor dat elke bus veilig en betrouwbaar zijn route kan verderzetten.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job Ben jij een technisch talent met zin voor uitdaging en een passie voor voertuigen?Dan ben jij misschien wel de busmechanieker die we zoeken. Je bent nieuwsgierig, steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en wil jezelf voortdurend verder ontwikkelen binnen een sector die volop in beweging is.

  • Je hebt ervaring in een technische functie, bij voorkeur met bussen, vrachtwagens of bestelwagens. Ook als je een sterke elektrische achtergrond hebt en bereid bent om je in de bussector in te werken, ben je welkom.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van zowel mechanica als elektriciteit en hebt ervaring met diagnoses en elektrische voertuigen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en pakt problemen op een praktische en hands-on manier aan.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je kunt je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands.
