Tijdens je Butler stage maak je deel uit van een enthousiast team en ben je betrokken bij de dagelijkse wensen van gasten in een luxe 5 sterren hotel. Wat je gaat doen Als Butler Trainee ondersteun je het Butler team bij het leveren van een persoonlijke gastervaring daarbij leer je anticiperen op en proactief inspelen op de behoeften van gasten. Je richt de kamer in naar de wensen van de gast en plaats je de juiste amenities. Je ondersteunt bij het verwelkomen en uitchecken van gasten, helpt hen met settelen en regelt verschillende wensen. Daarnaast draag je bij aan een soepele en prettige guest journey, van aankomst tot vertrek.

Functie-eisen: Wie jij bent • Deze stage is onderdeel van je opleiding (Mintens 6 maanden) • Bereid om effectief te werken in een dynamische omgeving • Aandacht voor detail en nauwkeurigheid in uitvoering van taken • Positieve en dynamische teamspeler • Je bent proactief en leergierig • Vloeiend in Engels, andere talen spreken in een pre • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden om samen te werken met het team en management • Ernaar streven om het meeste uit je stage te halen. Fijn om te hebben • Passie voor luxe gastvrijheid • Je weet hoe je van het leven moet genieten, zowel op het werk als privé • Sociale vaardigheden • Ervaring in de Horeca • Kan goed plannen en weet het overzicht te behouden.
