Als buurtbeheerder bij een woningcorporatie ben jij zichtbaar aanwezig in de wijk en draag je bij aan een prettige, veilige en leefbare woonomgeving. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en speelt een belangrijke rol in het signaleren en verbeteren van de leefbaarheid in de buurt. Samen met bewoners en samenwerkingspartners zorg je ervoor dat signalen en problemen worden opgepakt. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Zichtbaar en aanspreekbaar zijn in buurten en wooncomplexen. - Signaleren en melden van problemen rondom leefbaarheid, veiligheid en onderhoud. - Aanspreken en ondersteunen van bewoners bij vragen, overlast of andere situaties in de wijk. - Samenwerken met woonconsulenten, gemeenten, zorgorganisaties en andere betrokken partijen. - Ondersteunen bij buurtactiviteiten en initiatieven die bijdragen aan een leefbare wijk. - Vastleggen van meldingen en signalen en zorgen voor een goede opvolging. Functie-eisen Dit ben jij - Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een sociaal-maatschappelijke richting. - Ervaring met bewonerscontact, sociaal beheer, dienstverlening of leefbaarheid. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte houding. - Het vermogen om zelfstandig situaties te beoordelen en passende acties uit te zetten. - Affiniteit met de doelgroep en maatschappelijke vraagstukken.
