Hier kloppen allerlei Amsterdammers aan, zoals ouderen, jongeren, statushouders en multiproblem-gezinnen. Soms zijn er vragen over voorzieningen, of het vinden van een woning, dan weer gaat het over mantelzorg, psychische problemen of verslaving. Wat ga je doen? Amsterdammers kunnen op allerlei verschillende manieren binnenkomen bij het buurtteam. Soms heb je de telefoondienst of een inloopspreekuur of spreek je de Amsterdammer thuis of op kantoor. Bij de Sociale Maatschap is het uitgangspunt dat de Amsterdammer de regie over zijn eigen leven heeft. De buurtteammedewerkers zijn passanten in het leven van de Amsterdammer en ondersteunen de Amsterdammer de regie weer terug te krijgen en zelf verder te kunnen. Misschien kun je het informele netwerk inschakelen of breng je mensen in contact met buurtinitiatieven of activiteitenclubs. Je kunt ook de hulp inroepen van specialisten binnen jouw team of van externe organisaties. Samen maken jullie een plan van aanpak op weg naar een oplossing, waarmee ze weer grip op hun eigen leven krijgen. Dit zoeken wij… Als nieuwe buurtteammedewerker ben je een stevige aanvulling voor het team in Amsterdam. Net als je collega's ben je inzetbaar bij de uiteenlopende vragen die aan ons gesteld worden.
