Je gaat werken bij een retailorganisatie met een sterk eigen merk en een duidelijke focus op onderscheid en kwaliteit. De organisatie kenmerkt zich door een no-nonsense mentaliteit, korte lijnen en een hoge mate van betrokkenheid. Hier krijg je de ruimte om initiatief te nemen en mee te bouwen aan verdere groei en professionalisering. Wat ga je doen als buyer far east? In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van een onderscheidend en commercieel sterk assortiment. Jij zorgt ervoor dat plannen tot leven komen: je vindt de juiste leveranciers, ontwikkelt producten en zorgt voor optimale inkoopcondities. Waar category management de koers bepaalt, geef jij daar concreet invulling aan. Je schakelt dagelijks met leveranciers in het Verre Oosten en bezoekt deze regio meerdere keren per jaar om relaties te versterken en kansen te benutten.
