Functieomschrijving

Als Senior Buyer Indirect Spend (m/v/x) ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige aankoopproces van indirecte goederen en diensten voor de Belgische site, aangevuld met de opvolging van investeringsgerelateerde dossiers. Je staat in voor het begeleiden van sourcingtrajecten van A tot Z en zorgt ervoor dat interne klanten kunnen rekenen op een professionele en efficiënte aankoopondersteuning. Je onderhandelt met leveranciers over prijs, contractvoorwaarden, kwaliteit en leverbetrouwbaarheid, en bouwt tegelijk aan duurzame partnerships met bestaande en nieuwe leveranciers. Daarnaast analyseer je de markt, detecteer je opportuniteiten tot kostenbesparing en procesverbetering, en waak je over contractcompliance en budgetopvolging.

In deze rol werk je nauw samen met verschillende interne stakeholders, waaronder technische en operationele afdelingen, en stem je ook af met internationale procurementcollega's binnen de groep. Je krijgt de kans om een actieve rol op te nemen in commodity- of categorymanagement op groepsniveau en bij te dragen aan de verdere professionalisering van aankoopprocessen en tools. Het gaat om een functie met inhoudelijke breedte, zichtbaarheid in de organisatie en een duidelijke verwachting naar maturiteit, autonomie en daadkracht.

Profiel

Voor deze functie zoeken we een ervaren aankoopprofessional met minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring binnen procurement, strategic sourcing of aankoop, en idealiter een eerste stevige expertise in indirect spend binnen een productieomgeving. Ervaring met CAPEX-dossiers of investeringsprojecten is een sterke troef, net als technische affiniteit en het vermogen om vlot te schakelen met uiteenlopende stakeholders.

Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevante richting en combineert een analytische en cijfermatige mindset met sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en een pragmatische aanpak. Je weet structuur te brengen in een complexe omgeving, kan goed om met verandering en druk, en voelt je comfortabel in een internationale matrixcontext. Daarnaast ben je communicatief sterk, werk je planmatig en ben je in staat om zelfstandig dossiers te trekken, zonder daarbij de samenwerking met collega's uit het oog te verliezen. Een goede kennis van ERP-systemen en MS Office is belangrijk, net als een vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels.
