Je brengt techniek, commercie en leveringszekerheid samen en maakt van complexe inkoopvraagstukken werkbare afspraken. Functie Wat je gaat doen Binnen een industriële omgeving waar betrouwbaarheid, beschikbaarheid en planning direct invloed hebben op de bedrijfsvoering, speelt inkoop een bepalende rol. Als Buyer vertaal je interne behoeften naar concrete inkoopstrategieën en begeleid je trajecten van behoeftebepaling tot contractering en levering. Je beweegt tussen technische specialisten, leveranciers, contractpartijen en interne opdrachtgevers. Daarbij maak je voortdurend afwegingen tussen kosten, kwaliteit, risico's, beschikbaarheid en lange termijn samenwerking. Goede inkoop gaat niet alleen over de beste prijs. De grootste waarde ontstaat wanneer leveranciers, contractafspraken en operationele doelstellingen op elkaar aansluiten. Daar ligt de kern van deze functie. - Je inventariseert inkoopbehoeften en vertaalt deze naar passende inkooptrajecten en aanbestedingsstrategieën. - Je stemt technische en commerciële specificaties af met stakeholders en zorgt voor een duidelijke opdrachtdefinitie. - Je stelt inkoopplannen op inclusief budgetten, contractvormen, leveringsvoorwaarden en commerciële uitgangspunten. - Je begeleidt aanbestedingen, beoordeelt offertes en selecteert leveranciers op basis van kwaliteit, prestaties, risico en total cost of ownership. - Je onderhandelt over prijzen, levertijden, contractvoorwaarden en prestatieafspraken. - Je bewaakt voortgang, levering en contractuele afspraken gedurende het gehele traject. - Je monitort leveranciersprestaties, begeleidt audits en...
